Chef Holly Dolezal, Food Service Supervisor Joins PRJUSD

Holly comes to us from the restaurant industry and has worked in various prestigious establishments. Her culinary skills and ideas are already being put into action, and I am thrilled she shares the same vision as I do: feeding our students better. We have a lot of work to do, but I am so excited to see how our department collaborates and produces some amazing meals moving forward (no pressure). She also shares the love of squash, which was almost a prerequisite for the job.
