NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District (“District”) adopted Resolution 25-12 declaring its intent to sell surplus property and inviting sealed bids thereon. Accordingly, the District hereby solicits offers to purchase two (2) parcels of District surplus property. The subject properties are described as follows: (1) approximately
3.01 acres of surplus real property located at 4725 River Grove Drive, with an Assessor’s Parcel Number (“APN”) of 019-241-024 (hereinafter, the “Phillips A Property”); and (2) approximately
6.99 acres of surplus real property located at 4725 River Grove Drive, with an APN of 019-241- 025 (hereinafter, the “Phillips B Property”). The District invites sealed written bids for the Phillips A Property and the Phillips B Property. The minimum price for the Phillips A Property shall be One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($135,000). The minimum price for the Phillips B Property shall be Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000).
The District’s Board of Trustees shall hold an open and public meeting on February 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the District Office located at 800 Niblick Road, Paso Robles, California, during which all sealed bids that have been received shall, in public session, be opened, examined, and declared by the Board. The Board will also call for and consider oral bids at this meeting.
All bids must be received by mail or delivered in person no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 31, 2025, with a cashier’s check in the sum of $1,000 (“One Thousand Dollars”) made payable to the “Paso Robles Joint Unified School District” to the following:
