  • Bond funds are dedicated to long-term facility improvements and cannot be used for salaries or daily operating expenses.

  • Updates will be shared through district communications, public reports, and the Citizens’ Oversight Committee. 

  • The Facilities Master Plan was developed through a collaborative process led by the FMP Steering Committee, consisting of District staff, administrators, and community representatives. The process included comprehensive facility assessments, enrollment and demographic reviews, and input from teachers, parents, students, and community members. Additional focus groups were formed to gather specialized input from agriculture, CTE, food services, special education, athletics, and high school students. Through meetings, community engagement, and collaboration with 19six Architects, the District identified facility needs, developed improvement projects, and established priorities and budgets to guide the final Facilities Master Plan.

  • November 3, 2026 

  • Registered voters who live within the boundaries of the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District (PRJUSD) can vote on local school bond measures affecting the school district.

Tax Payer Protection

Citizens' Oversight

An independent Citizens' Oversight Committee will be established to actively monitor and review all bond expenditures.

Independent Audits

Mandatory annual financial and performance audits will be conducted by an independent third-party firm.

Strict Limits

No funds are permitted to be used for administrator or teacher salaries, school pensions, or routine operating costs.

Local Funding

By law, all bond revenues must stay local to support local schools and cannot be confiscated by the State.
