This information is for technology policies and information about the devices students may use at PRJUSD school sites. See below for information on the optional Student Device Protection Plan, Responsible Use Agreement, what to do if a device is lost or broken, and how to reset a student password.

The PRJUSD PRJUSD Board Policy 6163.4 and Exhibit 6163.4 detail the Student’s Acceptable Use Agreement for use of technology on school sites.

The documents above include the AUP and the Optional Device Protection Plan (DPP), which can help protect families from the full cost of repair or replacement for accidental damage or stolen devices.
- The DPP Is available for returning students from the start of school through September 18th.
- Can be purchased online or at your school site's office via cash or a check made payable to PRJUSD.
- New students to the district will have two weeks to purchase the device protection plan from their first day enrolled in school.
- Device insurance is available for all students.
